This Privacy Policy explains how DIAE SYSTEMS LTD (“we”, “us”), company number 17511083, registered office 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom, collects and uses information when you use the AEX X application and related services (the “Service”). We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR.
1. Our no-logs principle
We do not log, store or inspect the content of your traffic, the websites you visit, the apps you use or your DNS queries while connected to the Service.
2. Information we collect
- Device information: an app-generated device identifier, device model, operating system and version, app version and selected language — used to provide access, apply your plan and prevent abuse.
- Connection metadata: the IP address you connect from and the time of your last connection, kept only as long as needed to operate the Service and enforce fair-use limits. Aggregate bandwidth per server is used for capacity planning.
- Subscription information: your plan, its expiry and a payment reference. Payments are processed by third parties (for example app stores, Telegram-based payment bots or crypto payment providers); we do not receive or store your full card details.
- Support communications: messages you send us and your contact details.
- Advertising: in the free tier we show rewarded ads through partners such as Yandex Mobile Ads and Google AdMob. These partners may process your advertising ID and device data under their own privacy policies.
3. How we use information
- to provide, maintain and secure the Service;
- to manage subscriptions and rewarded free access;
- to detect fraud and abuse;
- to respond to support requests;
- to comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, consent (for personalised ads where required) and legal obligation.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payments, advertising, email), and with authorities where required by law. Because we do not keep activity logs, we have no browsing history to disclose.
5. International transfers
Our servers are located in several countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Device and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards. Connection metadata is overwritten on each new connection. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request data portability. Email privacy@diaesystems.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Security
Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted. Access to our systems is restricted to authorised personnel.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the app.
