Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AEX X application and related services (the “Service”) provided by DIAE SYSTEMS LTD, company number 17511083, registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AEX X provides encrypted network connections and optimised routes for gaming. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every location or network.

2. Free and VIP access

Free access may be granted for watching rewarded advertisements and is limited in time and features. VIP subscriptions give extended access for the paid period. Prices are shown before purchase. Unless required by law or by the rules of the store where you paid, payments for a started period are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: break any applicable law; send spam or carry out attacks, scanning or intrusion attempts; distribute malware; infringe intellectual property; or abuse, resell or share access in breach of your plan. We may suspend access that violates these rules.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country from which you use the Service and for keeping your device and access keys secure.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design and content belong to DIAE SYSTEMS LTD or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or if required by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
